Job Summary

As a Vice President, Payroll Product Delivery Manager within the HR Global Operations Team, you will play a key role in the continued innovation and sustainment of the ADP Global View Payroll, related suite of applications, and business processes. You will be critical in defining the evolution of the platform, bringing efficiencies to processes and experiences that run across the function for all current/former employees, managers, and HR professionals firmwide.

As a Technology Support III team member in Commercial & Investment Bank - Payments Technology team, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.

Job responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm

As a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking, you are the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients as well as other customers in the Branch. You will manage their complete banking relationship across the company, utilizing a proactive and disciplined approach to generate growth in their balances.
