As a Transaction Execution Management Senior Associate within the Credit Products Delivery team, you will deliver best-in-class documentation for Global Corporate Bank and Commercial Banking clients. You will manage the end-to-end deal execution process, maintain oversight over the closing process, and review and negotiate legal documentation. You will liaise with internal and external counsel, suggest solutions for stakeholders, and manage the controls framework for transaction execution.• Deliver best-in-class documentation for Global Corporate Bank clients, including end-to-end management of the deal execution and maintaining oversight over the closing process.
• Review and manage the negotiation of legal documentation with a focus on bilateral lending facilities and trade finance facilities ranging from vanilla to complex documentation.
• Liaising with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation.
• Draw on expertise to help suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers, Sales, Credit, Tax, Ops, etc.) as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolution.
• Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations.
• Actively contribute to GB CDS wider projects & initiatives.
• Knowledge and understanding of Loan and Traditional Trade products and documentation.
• Good understanding of credit execution, transaction management, credit products and banking processes.
• Ability to identify problems and escalate these promptly.
• Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset.
• Good organization and prioritization skills; ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

This is a time-pressured and high-profile position, instrumental in assisting/advising senior management and coordinating the deployment of the bank’s corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Advise the Investment Banking Head and the country, product, and/or industry heads in all aspects of the business: strategy, controls, people, and performance.
Serve as the key point of contact for front office and support functions to help identify, facilitate, and achieve business objectives and opportunities.
Support the business in tracking P&L, expenses, headcount, and various other key metrics on an ongoing basis.
Maintain the deal pipeline, tracking against monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue forecasts. This involves partnering closely with bankers and developing an understanding of the factors affecting the deal lifecycle.
Contribute to the business decision-making process by providing value-added analysis for quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc requests (e.g., top client fee payers, industry and regional splits of revenue, and competitor analysis).
Provide analysis on JPM’s external performance through Dealogic (external league table provider), including tailored competitor analysis for each product and ensuring consistency between internally earned fees and credit given by Dealogic.
Partner with the Communications and Social Media teams to assist with internal and external communications as needed.
Coordinate internal and external events and sponsorships for the business leads.
Establish a network with all key stakeholders: Bankers, Compliance, Product Controllers, P&A, Legal, Tax, Tech, etc.
Involve in control initiatives impacting the business, partnering alongside Compliance, Legal, and the Control Managers.
Work with counterparts in other regions (North America, EMEA, APAC) on global initiatives, best practices, and cross-border revenue sharing.
