We align with the international Chief Information Office organization within each region and with direct linkage to global Infrastructure Platform’s Platforms & Services.

As a Transaction Execution Management Senior Associate within the Credit Products Delivery team, you will deliver best-in-class documentation for Global Corporate Bank and Commercial Banking clients. You will manage the end-to-end deal execution process, maintain oversight over the closing process, and review and negotiate legal documentation. You will liaise with internal and external counsel, suggest solutions for stakeholders, and manage the controls framework for transaction execution.• Deliver best-in-class documentation for Global Corporate Bank clients, including end-to-end management of the deal execution and maintaining oversight over the closing process.
• Review and manage the negotiation of legal documentation with a focus on bilateral lending facilities and trade finance facilities ranging from vanilla to complex documentation.
• Liaising with internal/external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation.
• Draw on expertise to help suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers, Sales, Credit, Tax, Ops, etc.) as necessary, ensuring they are brought into the debate in a timely manner to reach a resolution.
• Manage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution; including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations.
• Actively contribute to GB CDS wider projects & initiatives.
• Knowledge and understanding of Loan and Traditional Trade products and documentation.
• Good understanding of credit execution, transaction management, credit products and banking processes.
• Ability to identify problems and escalate these promptly.
• Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset.
• Good organization and prioritization skills; ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and confidently with the Front Office globally.

This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Developing enterprise-level applications using middleware technologies such as Kafka, TIBCO, and MuleSoft. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Performing data manipulation, data structuring, data design flow, and query optimization using Neo4j and MongoDB; Translating quantitative information into actionable insights based on SLIs and SLOs; Managing patches, upgrades, and maintenance in Linux infrastructure; Developing architectural designs of large-scale microservices-based applications.
