Job responsibilities

• Pitching material preparation: Work with associates and analysts across regional locations to prepare marketing materials for clients including components like market and industry landscapes, financial analysis & valuations, target companies profiles & benchmarking, descriptive memorandums, management presentations, board presentations and other materials

Key Responsibilities:

• Support firmwide legal, regulatory and compliance matters related to ADA, accessibility, and EVP laws for both business and legal clients, including:
  • Researching state and federal case law concerning ADA and EVP and the potential impact to JPMC
  • Interpreting ADA- and EVP-related policies and standards, facilitating line of business impact assessments, and guiding responses to regulatory inquiries

Qualifications:

As an Experienced eDiscovery Operations Associate within the Legal Discovery Management team, you will perform custodial and/or data source research and identification, along with the preservation, collection, disposition, and/or secure delivery of data within pre-defined Service Level Agreements and turnaround times. In this role, you will leverage various eDiscovery tools and/or liaise with internal and external technology partners and other stakeholders to facilitate the execution of these requests. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader goals, projects, and initiatives across the eDiscovery spectrum in an effort to continuously develop, update, and improve our eDiscovery program.
