What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and drive commercial strategy for the robotics segment
• Lead pricing, service, and contract negotiations to secure profitable business
• Manage P&L for assigned customer accounts
• Consolidate product requirements and collaborate with engineering on roadmap execution
• Analyze market trends and present new product strategies to leadership
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks
• Ensure consistent global pricing strategies and resolve cost-related issues
• Coordinate tooling and fixture schedules with internal and external teams
• Support margin adjustments and concessions to secure comprehensive business packages


What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering disciplines
• Experience in the robotics or cobot industry, with strong product and market insights
• Background in motion/drive solution design and development
• Experience managing global customer accounts
• Engineering knowledge in micro-motors, sensors, actuators, or application engineering
• International work experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Final review of cash control sheets, which includes daily transaction posting, electronic wire and EFT payments, bank file uploads, weekly cash reconciliations with AR/AP, and monthly bank reconciliations. On-line banking system is used.
  • Responsible for Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for JPL and JMD.
  • Record and reconcile Intercompany balances including chargebacks.
  • Assist ATP with monthly, interim, and year-end close reporting packages.
  • Reviews weekly Financial Statements to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and recommends any necessary adjustments.
  • Reconciles and posts monthly credit card entries. Also prepares month-end CC accrual.
  • Completes backup schedules for Tax Team, Includes income, sales, and usage taxdata.
  • Prepare and enter monthly general accruals.
  • Monthly close process. Finalizes and loads results into Cognos for JPL and JMD
  • Distribute daily sales and order information, JPL and JMD
  • Maintains fixed assets for JPL and JMD including capital in process
  • Analysis and review of key accounts as needed.
  • Responsible for Medtech and Parlex accounts payable process including vouching, reconciling, and disbursements
  • Other projects as needed such as ERP conversions, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Several years of experience in accounting or financial reporting (manufacturing preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and reconciliations
    • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (Cognos a plus)
    • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial controls
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
