What You’ll Be Doing:
• Develop and drive commercial strategy for the robotics segment
• Lead pricing, service, and contract negotiations to secure profitable business
• Manage P&L for assigned customer accounts
• Consolidate product requirements and collaborate with engineering on roadmap execution
• Analyze market trends and present new product strategies to leadership
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and networks
• Ensure consistent global pricing strategies and resolve cost-related issues
• Coordinate tooling and fixture schedules with internal and external teams
• Support margin adjustments and concessions to secure comprehensive business packages
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering disciplines
• Experience in the robotics or cobot industry, with strong product and market insights
• Background in motion/drive solution design and development
• Experience managing global customer accounts
• Engineering knowledge in micro-motors, sensors, actuators, or application engineering
• International work experience is a plus
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required

What We’re Looking For:

Aptitude for technology and quick learner with motion systems.
Sound leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Commercially aware regarding market, products, business capability, and services. Strategic thinker on markets, products, and projects.
Proficiency with CRM tools.
Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to assess complex data and risks.
