• Manage sourcing and supplier selection for indirect goods and services
• Analyze proposals, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders per SOPs
• Track PO fulfillment and receipt of goods in the ERP system
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities
• Support contract reviews, reporting, and performance tracking of suppliers
• Communicate with users to clarify specifications and manage expectations
• Educate stakeholders on procurement SOPs and ensure compliance
• Provide cross-regional support and respond to urgent material/service needs
• Generate reports for expenses, cost savings, and overdue orders

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Civil) or Business
• 2–5 years of experience in indirect procurement, MRO, or purchasing
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to read engineering drawings and manage complex indirect categories
• High sense of urgency and strong decision-making capabilities

• Experience working with indirect procurement systems and SOPs
• Understanding of tax, regulatory, and logistical considerations for services and materials
• Knowledge of contract terms and commercial evaluation strategies
• Comfort working across languages, regions, and cultures

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for indirect purchases to support the facility.
• Full P2P (Procure-to-Pay) responsibility for assigned areas.
• Build relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Implement risk and cost mitigation improvements.
• Develop and implement projects with support from team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced skills in Excel in creating data with tables.
• ERP/MRP experience (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with vending and/or VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and negotiate the total cost of ownership.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Self starter who in time will lead the sites on data.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-demanding environment.
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Purchasing and/or lean manufacturing certifications.
• Experience with quality and environmental regulations such as ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, and FDA.
• Project management techniques.
• Experience with low volume, high complexity automation and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations).
• Knowledge of sustainable supply chain techniques.
