Johnson Electric Supervisor – ERP EDI Turkey

Responsibilities:
Maintenance and support of local and divisional computer applications, mainly ERP System (Canias), EDI, Material Planning (MRP), Production Planning (MPS), Product Development, Quality/SPC, Manufacturing Execution, Material/Inventory and HMI activities. That cost effectively serves client and customer needs, enhances the competitive advantage, and advances its IT strategy
Manage and participate in the further development and continuous improvement of the ERP system and related applications
Collaborate with local stakeholders in logistics, operations, and finance management to ensure ERP alignment with business needs
Provide training and support to key users to optimize ERP usage
Oversee and lead IT consulting services for the ERP system and related applications ensuring robust and efficient operation
Cooperate with sales support and customers to ensure high quality data flow between customers/suppliers and Johnson Electric
Ensure high data quality in the local ERP system and the related applications
Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and other industry standards
Monitor processes and implement corrective actions to maintain operational efficiency
Act as a point of contact for customer-specific requirements and implement necessary actions
Manage occupational safety, environmental risks, and sustainability efforts
Our requirements:
High school education or equivalent plus a four-year college degree in a technical or analytical field of study, or equivalent experience
5 years of experience in an IT supervisory role in an industrial environment, automotive experience a plus
Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP. Canias experience a plus
Experience in working with local management
Proficiency in SQL
Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken) is a must
