• Create project timelines and manage deliverables until safe launch
• Assist Project Managers in managing assigned projects
• Support preparation of APQP documents and track deliverables with CFT
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to meet timelines and budgets
• Track machine utilization and identify gaps for new equipment purchases
• Manage production line transfers from other sites to Zacatecas
• Support BOM creation and evaluate product P&L
• Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, Electrical preferred)
• At leastof experience in operations related to injection molding or metal stamping
• Project planning experience in automotive products is an advantage
