Senior Engineer is responsible to execute and optimize shaft for executing and monitoring magnet manufacturing processes with strong technical expertise in Strontium Ferrite materials, sintering, grinding, and tooling, ensuring consistent quality, process efficiency, and adherence to production target.
Production Execution and Monitoring
Operate and monitor mechanical and CNC machines for shaft manufacturing.
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning, milling, and surface grinding machines.
Ensure parts are manufactured to precise dimensional and surface finish requirements.
Monitor daily production output and ensure adherence to schedules.
Machining & Grinding Expertise
Perform precision surface grinding and maintain tight tolerances.
Ensure optimal machining parameters for productivity and quality.
Identify and resolve machining issues to reduce scrap and downtime.
Tooling & Fixture Management:
Set up tooling, jigs, and fixtures for various shaft machining processes.
Support in tool selection, tool life monitoring, and tool change management..
Quality Assurance & Cost Control:
Inspect components using gauges, micrometers, CMM, and other precision instruments.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Participate in lean manufacturing & kaizen initiatives
Team Support & Coordination
Work with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and engineering.
Train operators and junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Our requirements:
Qualification : B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Experience : 08 -10 years in manufacturing magnet production or similar field.
Strong hands-on experience in mechanical machining, CNC operations, and surface grinding.
Must have hands-on experience in CNC machining and surface grinding operations.
Knowledge of shaft manufacturing processes and tolerances.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments.
Understanding of tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters.
Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills.

Our requirements:
Graduate in B.E/B.Tech inMechanical/Production/Metallurgy Engineering.
8 – 10 Years of relevant experience in shaft
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, metrology, and optical surface finishing is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DFX principles
Preferred Skills:
Experience with 5-axis CNC machines and optical / Ceramic Materials.
Strong analytical and modeling skills.

The Senior Engineer - Die Casting will be responsible for operating and monitoring melting furnaces, high tonnage die casting machines, de-gating process and associatedautomation systems. This role demands strong technical expertise in robotic operations, tool lubrication systems, and defect control, along with the ability to support production targets and quality standards.
1. Production Management:
Operate and monitor melting furnaces for correct temperature, alloy composition, and pouring quality.
Run and optimize high tonnage die casting machines for consistent cycle times and quality output.
Manage de-gating operations for efficiency and minimal product damage.
2.Process & Equipment Expertise:
Operate and troubleshoot robotic systems for part handling, spraying, and de-gating.
Ensure tool lubrication systems are functioning effectively to improve die life and casting quality.
Support die changeover and set up activities to reduce downtime.
3. Quality & Defect Control:
Conduct in-process inspections to ensure adherence to product specifications.
Identify and resolve casting defects such as porosity, cold shuts, and flash.
Work with the quality team to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
4.Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Assist maintenance teams in preventive and breakdown maintenance for machines, furnaces, and robots.
Maintain basic equipment logs and update production data in system records.
5.Continuous Improvement:
Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
Suggest improvements in automation, tooling, and process parameters for productivity gains.
Our Requirements:
Graduate in B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy Engineering.
7 – 10 years of experience in die casting production, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
Hands-on experience with melting furnaces, high tonnage die casting machines, de-gating, robotics, and tool lubrication systems.
Knowledge of casting defect analysis and process troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
Strong technical understanding of die casting processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and operate precision measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of robot programming and PLC operation (preferred).
Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
Audit & Safety Knowledge:
Working knowledge of IATF 16949 standards and audit procedures.
Multi – level safety experience including compliance and emergency preparedness.
