Technical Program Manager jobs at Jfrog in Dominican Republic

As Technical Program Manager, you will drive new processes for the entire Program while steering through the different R&D teams and other departments, from planning to delivery, while ensuring clear visibility using advanced methods. You will work closely with R&D, Product Managers, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Executives and more.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering, mid and upper management to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy, commitments and goals (OKRs)
• Lead cross-company technical initiatives and hold E2E plans
• Lead DevOps projects and lead the shift to a "you build it you run it" R&D organization
• Manage highly technical cross-functional software programs, from inception to delivery
• Be a central player in developing the procedures, choosing the tools, and determining how to manage our programs
• Design and own new operational processes which will ensure an efficient and productive way of working

• 5+ years of experience with proven technical Program Management (Leading cross-company initiatives in R&D-oriented companies) and Agile methodologies at scale (must)
• Data-driven way of thinking
• Technical background, with a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Cloud delivery, and monitoring within a DevOps line of products (must)
• Willing to take part in designing and shaping JFrog R&DProductNPI Processes and be a leader in your domain.
• Knowledge of OKR, NPI, and stream-aligned team methodologies
• Experience leading large-scale organizational changes, and working both with engineers and non-engineers to drive results
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Jira - making the most of the Atlassian ecosystem, experience with advanced RoadmapsStructure - an advantage
• DevOps/Production developer background - an advantage

You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and AI experts, to create clear, accurate, and engaging documentation, such as API references, SDK guides, user manuals, and tutorials.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, create content outlines, and document new features.
• Write clean, structured, user-focused content, including user guides, API documentation, SDKs, tutorials, release notes, and more.
• Tailor content to meet the needs of user personas, emphasizing real-world use cases and user goals.
• Contribute to UX efforts by writing in-product microcopy and offering feedback on UI/UX improvements.
• Collaborate with other technical writers on maintaining and improving the documentation style guide, contributing to the design system, and updating the internal wiki.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to draft, review, and enhance documentation.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in an enterprise software
• English at native level
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to structure content effectively and communicate technical information clearly
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Capable of working accurately and quickly with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines, doing what’s required to release content on time
