Over the next 10 years you will have the opportunity to further your career and gain real recognition by playing a critical role in the successful delivery of a €4 Billion portfolio of a high profile, high value, complex infrastructure projects, that will ensure a sustainable and fit for purpose transport network covering over 230km, with additional programs of work covering 200km.

As a key and integral part of our PMO/Project Management function you will bring your A game, skills, experience, and your commitment to best practice to our Cost Control, Change Control and Programme Control teams. In these newly created opportunities, your remit will include:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the change control, programme control processes and frameworks.
  • Provide input to and support the preparation of tender documents as required including the preparation of Bills of Quantities, Deliverables and Milestones.
  • Ensure commercial due diligence for scope of works and projects during pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Develop, implement, and own programme controls, processes, governance and improvement practices, across large Programmes and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with Functional Leads, Project Managers and Contractors ensuring governance and compliance with the Change Management processes and documentation.
  • Manage and Maintain a Change Log, managing the accurate capture, recording and governance of all changes, ensuring inputs are provided in a timely fashion.
  • Support and manage Requests for Information, Early Warning Notices and Compensation Events.
  • Act as a key interface between the Commercial, Project Team and Contractors in the day to day management of a defined portfolio of projects.

As a Principal Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Geospatial Engineering expertise within the UK & Europe, Surveying and Reality Capture business. You will be responsible for organising and specifying survey requirements, maintaining client communications, and validating existing survey data.

As a Principal Surveyor, your key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Leadership of Surveying and Reality Capture capability in Ireland, and Northern Ireland
  • Efficiently organize and specify survey requirements
  • Maintain regular client communication
  • Validate existing survey data
  • Prepare and review survey specifications
  • Plan and review fieldwork methodologies
  • Understand grid systems, level datums, and accuracy requirements
  • Advise project teams and clients on appropriate solutions
  • Business development and maintain customer relationships
