The Quality Manager will be responsible for the Project Quality Plan(s), undertaking audits and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key duties of the role include:

• Developing and implementing quality assurance/control systems for the project
• Ensuring that client feedback surveys are sent or interviews requested for projects per client feedback process.
• Collecting, tracking, analyzing and reporting overall results, including trends, for quality metrics.
• Providing or ensuring quality training to meet the project requirements.
• Coordinating and facilitating process improvement teams.
• Monitoring KPI’s and goals, providing technical advice and assisting in completing work as needed.

This is part of the largest urban regeneration project in Europe and the largest regeneration investment in Greece, which includes luxury and high-rise residential buildings, arts, culture, hospitality, retail and modern commercial offices space. The project will substantially contribute to the repositioning of Athens as a world-class luxury destination. It also comprises an integrated urban development model that will combine the area’s natural beauty and unique inherent characteristics with landmark buildings and state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Key duties of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role include:

Cost and Commercial Management:

• Preparation of budget estimates
• Assistance to Project Commercial teams in supporting individual project cost planning activities.
• Quantifies, values, and supports Commercial Manager to adjudicate claims/variation orders for additional cost.
• Assists with cost management functions as directed by the Commercial Manager contributing to the process of cost planning and estimation, change management, monthly / weekly cost reporting, payment review and certification etc.
• Production of monthly payment applications.
• Production of monthly payment recommendations for the project.
• Quantifies values and supports Commercial Director to adjudicate claims/variation orders for additional costs received from subcontractors/suppliers/vendors.

GMP Contractor Procurement:

• Reviewing Contractor sub-contract/supplier “open book” procurement submissions for completeness and correctness.
• Completing arithmetical checks on tenders returned and checking comparison report to the budgets set.
• Assisting with the finalization of the PMC approval recommendations put forward to the Employer for formal sign off

Reporting to the Quality Manager and Construction Manager, the Civil / Structural Site Inspector is responsible for monitoring and inspecting construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with Project requirements, design specifications and drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. This includes regular inspections, and detailed documentation of site conditions and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily site inspections and report findings.
• Respond to Contractor “Work Inspection Requests”, complete the required documentation and ensure timely issuance to the Contractor.
• Monitor and report on construction progress.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, codes and safety standards.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors.
• Maintain detailed site records and photographic documentation.
• Support pre-handover and snagging inspections to verify readiness for commissioning or delivery.
