Responsibilities

• Serve as a TA Partner for assigned client groups, utilizing flexible resources as needed to meet hiring demand

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
• 6+ years recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing experience in an exempt/professional hiring environment, preferably within both agency and Corporate settings
• Experience with multiple varying Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, etc.
• Strong preference for technical recruiting experience; i.e. Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Provides full stack Java design and development of projects involving application development, migrations, and additions to existing applications
• Lead the implementation and support of current enterprise application projects to ensure continuity and progress across critical initiatives
• Standardize user experience of enterprise application to align with design and usability best practices
• Provide onboarding support for new applications and ensure smooth integration with existing enterprise application
• Serve as technical lead, guiding development best practices, mentoring team members, and managing direct reports

Job Purpose

The Custom Doc Technical Consultant is responsible for theconfiguration, creation, testing, deployment, and quality assurance of all custom forms accessible through ICE Mortgage Technology’s (IMT) Encompass Document Solution (EDS) service. The Custom Doc Technical Consultant will work with partner project teams, including EDS Product, Technical Development, Publishing and Product Compliance resources and directly with clients and/or Investors, to define, scope project requirements and requests from concept through development and release.
