Job Purpose

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and operational support of applications supporting the Exchange Trading Platform, End of Day RISK and Clearing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of applications supporting Trading, RISK and Clearing systems
  • Be able to lead an effort to design, architect and write new software components.
  • Be able to independently handle project activities related to builds and deployments.
  • Be able to create software tests, verify the functionality and quality of the software.
  • Create design documentation for new software development and subsequent versions.
  • Provide second-tier production support for 24/7 applications.
  • Provide support for deployments during maintenance windows.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise, in the dev, QA and production rollout cycles
  • Keep test environments up to date and in working order, creating environment-specific configurations and applications as necessary
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize applications.
  • Work with business analysts or product management in understanding new requirements.
  • Follow team guidelines for quality and consistency within the design and development phases of the application(s).
  • Follow company software development processes and standards.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Java design and development
  • 2+ years of experience with at least one JavaScript framework such as React or Angular
  • 5+ years of experience with open source frameworks like Spring
  • 5+ years of experience with Tomcat/SpringBoot/Vertx or equivalent application servers
  • Solid understanding of security concerns for web-based applications
  • Able to write and troubleshoot PL/SQL queries
  • Experience with writing comprehensive unit tests
  • Experience with SDLC Tools like GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, Maven, or equivalent tools
  • Experience building user-centric web applications with focus on usability, workflows, and performance
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of software testing, building high quality software, and experience with software testing tools, regression testing etc

Responsibilities

IntercontinentalExchange has an opportunity for a Full-Time Accounts Payable Manager. The Accounts Payable Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manages day-to-day accounts payable activities including, but not limited to, vendor maintenance, invoice and payment processing, T&E audit reviews, 1099 issuance, escheatment reporting, and month-end close in accordance with timelines and policies outlined by senior management.
  • Analyzes and reviews accounts payable activities to ensure processes and controls meet SOX compliance, internal/external audit, and tax requirements.
  • Administers the resolution of escalated invoicing/payment issues and responds to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manages accounts payable team by effectively allocating responsibilities, providing timely and constructive performance feedback, and ensuring established service level agreements are met.
  • Leverages reports and analytics to monitor team performance and productivity, and identify areas of improvement and makes enhancement recommendations.
  • Acts as a liaison between the company, internal and external auditors, tax and accountants to meet informational needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
  • Participate in project-based assignments that stem from acquisitions, system migrations, and/or process improvement activities.
  • Recruits and hires qualified AP personnel and trains/evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business-related field.
  • 12+ years of Accounts Payable management experience at a large, multi-national company within a high volume shared services environment.
  • Must have large ERP experience such as Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft
  • Ideal candidate would have prior experience processing and issuing 1099’s as well as escheatment reporting experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must.
  • Must have strong analytical skills, be organized, results-oriented and have proven management skills.
  • Must have the ability to assess, analyze, and solve problems as well as prioritize tasks in a fluid environment.
  • Candidate must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills for interacting with accounts payable team, external suppliers, internal customers as well as upper management.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced work environments and has the flexibility and adaptability to handle various job assignments.
  • Prior experience managing a team of 10+ individuals is strongly preferred.

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is looking for an IT Audit Manager to be part of our corporate Internal Audit team. This position will be responsible for developing, leading, and performing Information Technology (IT) audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position must be able to manage and conduct audits of general business and information technology functions in supporting the execution of the annual audit plan.

Responsibilities

Auditing and Business Processes:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s clearing and exchange operations to inform audit strategy and execution.
  • Oversee the continuous update of the audit universe and related risk assessments to reflect evolving business and technology risks.
  • Lead the development of audit plans, programs, and test procedures aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and perform control testing activities, ensuring thorough documentation to support the Internal Audit plan.
  • Effectively communicate control deficiencies and risk exposures to senior management, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support audit execution and issue resolution.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Information Technology Control Auditing:

  • Assess the design and operational effectiveness of IT control processes across operational, financial, and compliance domains.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to management based on audit findings and control evaluations.
  • Manage and execute all phases of IT audits—including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up—ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate documentation and evidence requests for internal and external audit engagements.
  • Translate complex IT concepts and risks into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT audit function or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of IT control processes including: information security, access controls, change management and IT operations among others.
  • SOX IT Audit experience is a plus.
  • CISA or similar certification required.
  • Familiarity with regulatory auditing standards such as FFIEC IT examination handbooks is a plus.
  • Programming, CAAT and database management skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel 10-15 percent; including international travel.

  • Process Improvement: Specific tasks assigned by management to own that deliver operational support improvements to a technology, process, tool, or service.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related field preferred.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience in lieu of educational credentials.
  • Knowledge of routing protocols and concepts (OSPF, BGP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, Layer 2 and 3 switching.
