Job Purpose

As a Senior Automation Engineer you will work with the Systems Analysts, Development, and QA to understand the business/product requirements, system requirements and test scenarios related to the applications to build or modify the automation framework. You will be responsible for maintaining these frameworks by following the current standards along with coordinating test execution, training users, and providing user support.

Responsibilities

• Work with industry leading test automation tools: Cypress utilizing JavaScript, Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Micro Focus LeanFT, and Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM); Selenium utilizing Java and Python; Custom Python Frameworks; Watir with Ruby;SoapUI and other API testing tools
• Work with technology team in building cutting edge Clearing systems

Knowledge and Experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support applications within the Salesforce platform and various other corporate systems/tools using recommended best practices.
• Collaborate with internal customers to translate functional requirements into technical implementation for the automation of existing processes and the development of new applications.
• Manage projects from specification gathering, to development, to QA, user acceptance testing, and deployment to production

Job Purpose

The implementation consultant is responsible for leading client onboarding activities and configuration for the Surefire CRM platform and/or other ICE solutions. The consultant provides project oversight, technical direction, and functional support while guiding clients through the implementation process.

Consultants conduct client implementation and training on ICE products and systems for:

• New clients
• Existing clients who require refresher training or need to train new employees
• ICE employees who support the product

Responsibilities

• Leads the onboarding of new clients to the Surefire CRM or other designated platform(s)
• Manages and completes all aspects of implementation projects including:
• Review of Statement of Work and other contractual client documents relevant to training services for assigned projects
• Communication with clients
• Works with sales and client relationship teams to understand client’s business needs, adapts training context and content accordingly
• Follow-up and issue resolution
