Graphics hardware engineer is a tech industry role that Intel is looking to fill. If you enjoy cutting-edge engineering and graphics design, this may be the role for you! As an engineer with Intel, you will have the unique opportunity to work with their latest technology. You will be responsible for creating and developing products and services that will revolutionize the tech industry. You will analyze and evaluate graphics features, capabilities, and scalability of products and services. It will be your responsibility to design, debug, and optimize the graphics hardware and software subsystems. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with product architects and other technical staff to develop features and ensure quality of the graphics hardware. Additionally, you will work with technology partners to develop and enhance products and features. You will develop tools, processes, and methods to test the graphics hardware implementation. At Intel, you will have the opportunity to utilize the latest technologies and tools such as GPUs, algorithms, and computer vision. You will also get to travel to conferences and collaborate with other engineers from all over the world. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent technical and analytical skills, be able to solve problems, have experience with system software development, and experience with 3D graphics development APIs such as OpenGL or DirectX. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
