Job Description:
  • Japan Channel Local OEM sales account manager role to align new Intel technologies and product roadmaps to the customer's technology, product, and business strategies.
  • Closes new design win opportunities that result in billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through).
  • Collaborates with ecosystem partners such as distributors, and ISVs in support of assigned accounts. Influences and enables sales through revenue, while maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long term.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution.
  • Gathers customer feedback of assigned accounts to understand the drivers of satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction.
  • Determines the root cause for issues/risks and establishes recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience. Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
Qualifications:
  • Japan PC sales experience over 10 years
  • Fluent English, Japanese
  • Proven Business and Financial acumen by understanding the market segment and its dependencies
  • Strongrelationship-building
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, data with ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Should be able to fit into the culture of Intel and deliver across Intel value as separately laid out.
  • Collaborative skills to work cross-teams.
  • Show hunger for 'learning' from successes and mistakes.
  • Risk-taking and disruptive approach to drive business success.
