Description:
1.Forecasting and planning activities for sales operations including supply/demand planning and forecasting revenue. 2.Acts as the communication conduit between the customer, sales, Intel BU to optimize supply and revenue and achieve mutual business objectives. 3.Supports the rollout of sales strategies by building foundational data sets and delivering strategic insights to inform actionable sales decisions.4.Manages sales data operations and views of performance to critical business indicators. Partners cross functionally within and across sales teams to ensure data quality, availability, and governance.5.Develops, implements, and improves the business processes for multiple sales operations functions, including customer supply chain and compliance measurements. Reviews and synthesizes sales data to monitor performance, identify root causes to resolving issues. 6.Builds and enhances internal business intelligence, data visualization and reporting capabilities. 7.Supports sales activities by designing, building and maintaining reports related to forecasting, planning and performance tracking. Delivers training on sales processes and procedures to team members.8.Works closely with sales team to gather business requirements and advises technology solutions team on translating business needs to operations system requirements.1. 3 years+ industry experience in PC business and management with multiple customers, with solid stakeholders' management, turning strategy into actions.2. Strong analytical skills - analyzing data, deriving key results, diagnosing business issues, partner and leading in driving successful outcomes.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a strong business relationship with customers and internal teams4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, being consultative and analytical with data-driven approach.5. Passionate, willing to take challenge and try different things, comfortable to work in ambiguities, passionate to make things happen.6.
