You will report to the Manager, Technical Sales.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Basic knowledge of top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data related technologies
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing security aspects
• Basic certification on at least 1 cloude cosystem and 1 data related cloud technology at the level defined by the business area of focus
• Skills on at least one INFA related software platform /technology
• Engage and create relationships with influencers, coaches, and decision makers, and partners
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and/or Business Intelligence software concepts and products.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in data integration, master data management, or data governance
• 2+ year of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background is required.

What You'll be Doing

• Manage customer engagements.
• Share best practices, content, and tips and tricks within the primary responsibilities
• Stay current on certification of services required for your responsibilities
• Perform all activities leading up to the delivery of a customer demo with some assistance including discovery, technical qualification/fit, customer presentations, standard demos, and related customer-facing communication
• Assist on RFP responses and/or POC's
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities including technical advisory, workshops, etc.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun
• Support demos at marketing events.

You will report to the Field CTO.

• 10+ years of data management consulting, implementation, or architecture experience
• Broad range of experience with important cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle, Snowflake, Data Bricks)

• You are equally comfortable working with executives and talking shop with technical audiences in both a business and technical context
• You must share our passion and vision for making our customers and partners achieve successful outcomes
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, share knowledge and best practices with peers
• Collaboration skills for feedback to and cooperation with internal engineering

• Comfortable with both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
• Skills to act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to existing and potential customers and partners
• Demonstrated expertise creating technical content
• Engagement and influence with a broad audience including C-level and Architects.
• Have conversations with executives and then map that to a very technical solutions and features for technical audiences

• BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience

• Minimum 15+ years of relevant professional experience
