You will report to the GVP of North EMEA.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
  • (Manage all Sales staff & departmental meetings including quarterly all-hands & off-sites.

  • Co-ordinate all travel arrangements including agendas, flights & hotel details.

  • Plan, organize and co-ordinate departmental functions & special events.

  • Track expense reports & budgetary requirements.

  • Assists with the operational aspects of the business such as reporting and analysis.

  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.

What We'd Like to See
  • Flexibility on work location - you might be required to work a day a week in our London office (EC2M 1NR).

  • Works on problems of diverse scope where requires evaluation of identifiable factors.

  • Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

  • Works with little or no supervision.

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.

  • 2 to 4 years' experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant required.

  • Experience working with Sales leaders from Director up to SVP level.
