Your responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage SAP HANA projects across various industries, focusing on successful deployment.
2. Oversee project roll-outs, including fit-to-standard workshops, cutover, training, and client engagement.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aligning project goals with their strategic objectives.
4. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

1. Minimum of 10 years of SAP project or deployment management experience in international programs, with a focus on country-level deployments.
2. Extensive experience in managing template roll-outs, including fit to standard workshops, cutover, training, and client engagement.
3. Good overall understanding of typical end-to-end business processes and related SAP functionalities, including sales, purchasing, logistics, and financials.
4. Proven leadership skills to effectively manage teams of 15 or more individuals.

• Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile,DAD, SAF.
• Ability to motivate team members and ensure close alignment with a specific roll-out country, from end-users to senior management.
• Capacity to protect and safeguard the global template and act as an ambassador for the central team.
• Experience in conducting fit-to-standard workshops to define mandatory legal and fiscal localization needs and minimize local enhancements.
• Experience in supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect triage.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.

Professional Expertise with SAP Configuration: Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP HANA with a minimum of 8+ years of end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect. SAP HANA minimum 3+ years of experience.

SAP Process knowledge: Experience with Finance, GL, AP, Bank Integration, Taxes, Assets, Statutory reporting processes and workflows (requisition to specify functional area – e.g., finance, supply chain, etc.).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA: Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, being able to demonstrate how it is applied in different client environments. SAP Certifications: Holder of relevant SAP certifications.

Extensive experience with template roll-outs, fit-to-standard workshops, cutover management, and client engagement.

Good communication skills in English (local CEE language skills and other languages a plus).

Exceptional client-facing, communication, and project management skills. Long running experience in client facing roles, engaging stakeholders ranging from end users to client country management.

Overall understanding of CO (CC, PC, PPC, ML) and integration other modules.
