Your role and responsibilities

As System Service Representative at IBM, you will be responsible to:

1. Cover multiple clients (remotely and onsite) for IBM Power and OEM servers

2. Support incident handling, account support, and project services.

3. Manage escalation to IBM Global SME and become the local interface to client.

4. Plan and execute service planning (spare part and knowledge).

Required education
Required technical and professional expertise

•Experienced System Service Rep for IT Projects / Professional services, and/or software development project

•Skill required: Primary IBM Power, AIX + Linux.

•Have experience in project management

Being an IBMer means you’ll be able to learn and develop yourself and your career, you’ll be encouraged to be courageous and experiment everyday, all whilst having continuous trust and support in an environment where everyone can thrive whatever their personal or professional background.
