In this role,

• you will work closely with our ODM and suppliers to conduct market intelligence analysis, integrate and interpret data, and provide strategic recommendations.

• You will independently develop solutions for supply chain projects, manage complex issues using your extensive industry knowledge, and optimize supply chain performance.

• Collaborating with peers and senior management, you will help establish supply chain plans, monitor industry trends, and contribute to competitive strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative solutions for supply chain projects, managing complex issues with in-depth industry knowledge.

• Consolidate and interpret data collected from procurement team members to prepare comprehensive Market Intelligence (MI) reports for Supply Chain and GBU Management team.

• Track and analyze competitor market activities to identify emerging trends, benchmarking opportunities, and potential risks to inform strategic decision-making

• Engage with industry analysts to collect and consolidate market data, providing valuable insights to enhance supply chain resilience, cost-efficiency, and competitive advantage.

• Lead strategic supply chain projects, from planning to execution, and present findings with actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Support the creation and refinement of competitive supply chain strategies through ongoing intelligence gathering and market analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Typically 6+ years experience in supply chain analysis and market intelligence in PC, semiconductor, or related industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior management and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to compose clear and impactful presentation slide decks using the collected data.

• Expertise in leveraging data visualization tools and advanced analytics software.

• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

If you are our Commercial Cost Operations Analyst in Taiwan, you will have a chance to:

• Execute/drive the Cost Management Process focused on end-to-end costs including regular stakeholder reviews and preparation of cost analytics/dashboards to create visibility and drive improvement

• Engage with stakeholder organizations in R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Management, and Finance to align product cost targets with product requirements and business objectives before during, and after RFQ processes

• Support product development processes by creating and managing the ability to analyze cost scenarios under differing design and procurement approaches

• Working with procurement/supply chain, provides the BPS organization with a better understanding of the impact of future projected costs associated with key commodities, components, and non-material items to support business analysis and planning functions

• Participate in analysis projects to better understand the cost competitiveness of HP products below the system level, focusing on key technologies, components,and commodities. Enable linkages between product management and supply chain to drive competitive advantage.

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.

• Typically 12+ years of experience in cost analysis.

• Familiar with PC product development process.

• Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language.

• Excellent internal and external relationship management skills.

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling.

• Very Strong project management skills, with the capability to manage cross-functional teams in multiple geographies.

• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility.

• Very strong understanding of HP's overall supply chain strategy.

• Excellent understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), ATP, and master scheduling.

• Excellent understanding of national and international trade requirements to align customs/trade functions with business objectives.

• Thorough knowledge of inventory modeling and analysis.

• Strong leadership skills including team-building conflict resolution and management.

• Excellent understanding of developing and managing a trade compliance program.
