  • Process Improvement Methodologies: identifying inefficiencies and streamlining HR processes.
  • Microsoft Excel (or Equivalent): Advanced Excel skills, like data manipulation, pivot tables, and basic data analysis, are useful for managing and analyzing HR data.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree inJune 2026.
  • Preferably studyingHuman Resource Management, Organizational Psychology,Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field.

ServiceNow Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Implement workflows in Service Catalog, IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB, Customer Service Management (CSM), and other ServiceNow modules as needed.
  • Develop Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes .
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, forms, and UI components and have experience with UI Builder and Workspaces .
  • Work with REST and SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Utilize IntegrationHub and MID Server for on-premises and cloud-based integrations.
  • Support ServiceNow CMDB , Discovery, and Service Mapping for effective asset and configuration management.
  • Develop automation solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Manage update sets, application deployment, and version control in ServiceNow environments.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
  • Follow best practices for governance, security, and performance optimization .

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript , Glide API , and ServiceNow scripting .
  • Hands-on experience in building custom applications, workflows, and integrations .
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and service mapping .
  • Experience with ServiceNow UI Builder, Service Portal, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS/ReactJS .
  • Understanding of OAuth, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and authentication mechanisms .
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control (Agile 2.0, SAFe, JIRA, GitHub) .

The Program:

Responsibilities:

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will work with a team to:

  • Assist in analyzing and mapping our current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in the Sourcing and Logistics areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations to gather data and insights for process optimization
  • Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment

Education and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in June 202 6 .
  • Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or a related field. ​
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Basic understanding of accounting processes.
