Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial information across P&L, balance sheets, and operational metrics to provide comprehensive insights into factory performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Identify variances and trends, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Oversee FP&A spending, ensuring alignment with budgets and company objectives.
• Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.
• Drive improvements in financial reporting and analysis processes.
• Automate and optimize data consolidation and reporting tools for better accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide insights to leadership on financial risks, opportunities, and strategies.

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 5+ years of work experience in financial analyst, FP&A or related roles preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
