The internship crew in Brazil consists of two important areas: a) Market Intelligence, and b) Pricing/Promo and P&L management support.
As part of the internship program, the intern professional is involved in a series of activities and functions with the aim of developing their knowledge and experience in a corporate environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Business Personal Systems Category country day-to-day activities.
  • Support list price, tier pricing, and promo management activities.
  • Support sell-through data maintenance (Sell-in / Sell-out, Channel Inventory, Aged Inventory).
  • Assist product creation/setup process (Product and SKU setup).
  • Contribute to category business scorecards and business KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) dashboards/reports (P&L, Outlook, Execution, Forecast, Promos and Price/Cost tracking/analysis).
  • Create and manage Dashboard, Spreadsheets and BI's to support product and portfolio management (PFV, Features Trend, Market Size, Market Trend).
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, consumer trends, and market conditions to support Category 4P strategies.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to support the data collection process. Drive automation opportunities internally with our local R&D team.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, suggesting innovative ideas to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.


KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills. Excel proficiency: Macro, Pivot table, Vlookup, etc.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. MS PowerBI).
  • Analytical and data modeling skills and eye-for-details. Statistical approach.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
