The Sr Account Manager at Honeywell’s technology division is a critical member of the team. Not only are you the point person for key customer accounts, you must build relationships to help Honeywell in maintaining its relationships in the long term.
As the Sr Account Manager, you are expected to be comfortable with handling complex customer accounts with multiple IT solutions- security, software, hardware, and professional services. According to the Honeywell Operating System (HOS), you will actively ensure client success and satisfaction.
Your day-to-day job will involve analyzing customer demands and developing solutions that will help them be successful (both financially and functionally). Of course, you’ll be expected to liaise with the appropriate Honeywell departments to ensure high-quality & timely delivery of customer requests.
In addition to customer relationships, you will be responsible for increasing overall client value by cultivating relationships with our partners and suppliers. Strategic negotiation of pricing and terms is par for the course.
Essential traits for the right person are strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success related to customer relations experience, and a can-do attitude towards problem-solving. Of course, being able to identify areas for improvement and proposing solutions is also key.
