Honeywell is an industry-leading firm that is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Service Engineer II to join their team of tech professionals. The successful candidate in this role will be a vital part of the company’s efforts to provide outstanding customer service and support for their products and systems.
The Field Service Engineer II will work closely with a team of specialists to troubleshoot, install, service, maintain, and repair customer equipment. This will include escalations and resolutions within the team, as well as communication and collaboration with other teams. In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong focus on safety and will be trusted to evaluate system schematics to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, assuring customer satisfaction in the process.
Candidates for the Field Service Engineer II role must have a technical bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, or seven years of related experience in lieu of a degree. A strong background in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance in support of industrial, electronic, or laboratory instruments is preferred. In addition to strong technical and diagnostic expertise, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
