THE POSITION
Network Engineerspecializing in LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
This position will report into the Data Center Network & Infra Director and will work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid work schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise in network solutions.
As a Network Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. Your expertise in LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies will be instrumental in maintaining a robust and reliable network environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is intended toconvey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materialswhen the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 orearly 2026.

• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
• 0-3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of data analysis
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Advanced Engineering degrees like Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering are desired
• Experience with quality management systems and processes,
• Six Sigma Green belt is preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is an advantage.
• Experience with SQL is preferred,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
