As a facility project coordinator working in the tech industry with Honeywell, you have the unique opportunity to help companies solve complex engineering challenges. As Honeywell's facility project coordinator you will coordinate all aspects of facility projects, including construction or renovation of existing buildings, office equipment installations, setup and organization of equipment, and other support activities.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and working with vendors and subcontractors to complete projects with quality and cost-effectiveness. You will also be responsible for adhering to all state and federal regulations, procedures, and protocols associated with facility projects.
Furthermore, you will be monitoring the progress of projects and reporting any deviations from the plan to management as well as monitoring safety practices of contractors and subcontractors.
