As a Customer Experience Professional at Honeywell, you will create a best in class experience for our customers. You will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to Honeywell’s customers and internal teams through direct interaction and collaboration with customers, production personnel, sales reps, and field support professionals.
Your role will include providing accurate and timely responses to inquiries about our products and services, providing technical assistance, and troubleshooting. You will also work closely with our customers, both external and internal, to ensure a positive customer experience.
You will need to stay up to date on our products and services, identify customer needs, and develop creative ways to meet those needs. As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be a bridge connecting customers and operations teams. You will need to be able to handle customer complaints and communication efficiently and remain calm under pressure.
