As a Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing various aspects of project controls for the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be accountable for ensuring the successful execution of project scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting.You will report directly to our Program Controls Manager, and you'll work at a client site in Queen Creek, AZ full-time onsite. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency, productivity, and success of our projects within the BA business unit.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the leader of a team assessing and driving achievement for keyHardware development, working closely with Technical Engineers acrossdisciplines, Project Engineers from other groups and the ProgramManagers. You will partner with the technical resource managers, assistwith staffing, and be the primary focal for program cost, schedule, andtechnical issue coordination and escalation. You will lead prioritizationof work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive the overall creationof a piece of avionics hardware with embedded software. The PlatformsCenter-of-Excellent Engineering team includes diverse Software, Electrical,Mechanical, and FPGA/ASIC teams and you will coordinate them with our partnerTest organizations and Anthem customer programs.
