Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare responses to customer requests for proposals, estimates, and supporting documents while ensuring alignment with sales and operations teams.
  • Deliver high-quality proposals, continually seeking ways to improve processes and customer service.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver proposals and estimates, coordinating with internal Honeywell organizations and third-party vendors.
  • Utilize systems and tools to maintain accurate documentation of estimates, proposals, and supporting information.
  • Propose technical and commercial alternatives to enable the lowest compliant bid and highest value to the customer.
  • Study RFQ and other technical documents to propose suitable solutions that meet customer technical and commercial requirements.
  • Estimate LSS and PAS projects and services using relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and other supporting areas to obtain technical and commercial offers from sub-vendors and third-party vendors.
  • Complete full proposals with the required scope of supply/documents, working with relevant functions within the organization or subcontractors (Complete response to Bid Package).
  • Respond to post-proposal technical clarifications and update proposals accordingly.
  • Create and submit e-GAP documents as part of the proposal process.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Honeywell products and competitor solutions, and lead standardization of best practices across teams.
  • Prepare a comprehensive Proposal Plan, ensuring proper resource allocation, deliverables, responsibilities, and dates for all team members.
  • Lead proposal teams in delivering large proposals for multiple clients, including international project

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical and integrative thinking skills to propose alternative solutions within and outside of Honeywell’s scope of supply.
  • Ability to understand and relate to customer requirements.
  • Leadership or project management experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience delivering complete proposals for large projects, preferably with international exposure.
  • Engineering Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in process automation and/or solutions.
  • 3-5 years of field equipment experience

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining cyber security policy and plans to comply with cyber security requirements. Other responsibilities include providing guidance for other staff members and analyzing, testing, implementing, and maintaining moderately complex cyber security systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluates security requirements and conducts feasibility studies to examine software requirements, administration costs, and information flow.
  • Plans and schedules cyber security assessments and monitors and reports progress.
  • Works with customers to implement system security measures, assists with cyber security plans, documentation, technical guidance, and obtaining risk acceptance.
  • Identifies, tracks, and monitors routine cyber security problems and coordinates the resolution of identified cyber security issues.
You Must Have
  • Bachelor of Information Technology or Cyber Security or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of bachelor degree.
  • 5+ years of related experience in cyber security, security programs or compliance assurance.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • United States Citizenship.
  • Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations).
