Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Solution Sales Expertise: Proven experience in solution sales within Process Control, Automation, Digitization, and SaaS.
  • Business Development Experience: Demonstrated success in business development with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of DCS, MES, or APC solutions is a plus, with full training provided.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM applications, such as SFDC, and awareness of sustainability, CO2 capture, and hydrogen developments is advantageous.

Senior Program Management Specialist
We have an opportunity for ato join us at Honeywell, where you will use your project and organizational skills to be responsible for management of various business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes. These projects span across multiple areas of our businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. Your projects will vary depending on the organization being supported and therefore requires a vast knowledge across various business practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects remain on or ahead of established schedules while implementing and monitoring timelines.
  • Review and manage all job contract documents, maintaining high standards of documentation and control.
  • Facilitate and distribute project meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and record-keeping.
  • Report project progress regularly to the Project Manager and evaluate the performance of subcontractors.
  • Assemble necessary project closeout documents and warranties upon project completion.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Equivalent, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline, as well as extensive experience within Project Management
  • Demonstratable expertise and experience within the BMS / Controls industry and technology systems
  • Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force Nex, SAP, etc.).
  • Significant experience in project management, with the ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
  • Support sales bid proposals with operational reviews

  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigation of failures to identify underlying causes and propose corrective actions through data collection and analysis of failure events.
  • Training and Continuous Improvement: Providing training on reliability best practices and driving ongoing improvement by monitoring performance, analyzing trends, and implementing risk assessment techniques such as FMEA and RCM.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree within Engineering, Science or related fields or equivalent experience within a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead customer reliability journey, ideally from the Oil & Gas and Refining industries
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of audiences - internal and customers stakeholders from technical and business backgrounds
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to delegate and coach teams as well as manage customer relationships and the capacity to persuade and lead through periods of change
