ITProgram Management Lead
Responsibilities:Work with Campaign Managers to plan, analyze ,and optimize campaigns.
Analyze and articulate marketing funnel, actuals vs. forecast, campaign performance, successes and major KPIs.
Work closely with Sales Data Analyst to identify and resolve gaps in reporting process.Meet weekly and monthly deadlines for reporting needs.
Ensure all data is communicated effectively with Stakeholders in an accurate, relevant, and easy to understand way.Provide inputs to Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in support of strategies and objectives.
Provide leadership, direction, and project management for IT investments to ensure successful delivery and operations.

YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree or foreignequivalent in Electronic Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science ora related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or anacceptable alternate occupation. Must possess three (3) years of experience inthe following: experience in Marketo and Salesforce; analyst experience inmarketing and campaign analytics; analyzing marketing channels (SEO, Social,Email, Events, etc.) and implementing Campaign Optimizations; articulatingdata-driven insights to key stakeholders via visual presentation; statisticaland econometric modeling; performing quantitative analysis; technological datamining and analysis techniques; data visualization tools like Tableau and Qlik;analytics tools like Datorama, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Bizible;and modeling software such as Microsoft Visio or Erwin Data Modeler. Mustpossess the following certifications: Salesforce Admin Certified Expert; GoogleAnalytics Certified Expert; and Google /Marketo/HubSpot Campaign CertifiedExpert. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lead Executive Administrator will provide high-level daily administrative duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities will include:

Serve as President’s gatekeeper, rigorously guarding his schedule to ensure optimal productivity, maintaining the utmost discretion, and strategically prioritizing competing requests. Present calm and composed exterior while managing complex logistics. Serve as sounding board for stakeholder concerns, demonstrate confidence and steadfastness in the face of pressure, and absorb and mitigate complaints and conflicts, only escalating the highest order issues. Ensure executive preparedness for every meeting and engagement, which requires liaising with many parties, guiding and reviewing materials.

Manage the calendar and operating system and proactively prioritize and organize time using expert professionalism, sound judgement and extreme discretion.

Coordinate closely with other Executive Administrators.

Arranging intricate and detailed travel plans and forecasts for both domestic and global travel; including Visas.

Handling highly confidential and private information.

Manage complex expense and purchasing reports, preparing other miscellaneous reports/logs, and handling general information requests.

Arranging conference calls and global meetings.

YOU MUST HAVE

Thesuccessful candidate will have extensive track record of providingadministrative support at the C-Suite and/or Executive level. Key experiences and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite Executives.

As a Lead Trade ComplianceInvestigator, you will conduct complex export and global trade sanctionscompliance investigations for the Company. You will perform interviews (bothremote and in person) and review documents, communications, digital evidence,and other sources of information. You will be expected to identify root causesof issues and gaps in processes and controls and then work with appropriatestakeholders to identify corrective actions to fill those gaps and preventfurther escapes or violations. You will be required to prepare clear andconcise investigative reports based upon the findings and analysis of yourinvestigation, and provide briefings to affected stakeholders within the affectedbusiness teams and the compliance organization at large. Finally, you willsupport the Export and Global Trade Sanctions as needed to further theobjectives of the Compliance Center of Excellence.

  • Experience in corporate investigations and compliance
  • Significant understanding of export and sanctions regulations, including the ITAR, EAR and OFAC
  • Experience and understanding of non-US export and sanctions laws greatly appreciated
  • Law degree or legal experience preferred, but not required
  • Prior government or law enforcement experience recommended
  • Experience with MS Office and systems such as SAP-GTS, Teamcenter, and Salesforce
  • Ability to talk to people and actively listen
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, conveying complex information in an organized and clearly understandable manner.
