The annual base salary range for this position is $106,000 - $160,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • 5+ years of experience leading research and development projects within a technology or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and MOSA (Modular Open Systems Approach)
  • Proven track record of technical leadership and project management

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Sr. Director Legal Operations here at Advanced Materials, you will manage and optimize legal department processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of legal technology tools and systems, leveraging technology to streamline legal operations and improve productivity and drive our contract management and contact excellence processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will work to streamline legal processes and improve coordination and communication between the legal department and other business units. Managing the legal department budget and tracking expenses will also be part of your responsibilities. You will report directly to our Chief Legal Officer. In this role, you will impact the smooth functioning of legal processes and systems, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the legal department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize legal department processes and workflows including CLM and contract excellence
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of legal technology tools and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline legal processes and improve efficiency
  • Oversee and direct legal department budget, including annual operating processes
  • Administer outside counsel spend and matter management

Key Responsibilities
  • You will support SOI CMOS Foundry and MPW Customers in their Design efforts to reach GDSII hand-off and steps through wafer/die delivery.
  • Work closely with hardware design and sales engineers in defining new products, bringing products to market, establishing customer support methods, and promoting of Space microelectronics.
  • Act as the customer’s first point-of-contact for technical guidance and expertise on using Honeywell Microelectronic IC products for Space, government, and commercial uses
  • Application engineering efforts on new technology and components into internal and external customer’s products.
  • Interface with multiple teams within Honeywell (Engineering, Quality, Test, Business, Sales) to provide technical customer guidance in using Honeywell Products
  • Assist in Technical Sales pursuits, seeking Voice-of-the-Customer inputs and to aid shaping the roadmap and new product developments and product improvements
  • Define and develop entry-into-service attributes for new IC products
  • Prepare technical documentation
