  • Data Governance and Audits: Conduct regular audit checks on data regarding policy renewals, focusing on maintaining the integrity of benefits administration processes and ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 5 years of administration experience with a strong emphasis on benefits administration. Previous experience in benefits strategy development and execution is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in leveraging technology for effective communication and process automation in benefits administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in business applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is beneficial for reporting insights.

  • Experience with Flex platform setup or administration is advantageous, particularly regarding flexible benefit offerings.
