Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Next-Generation architecture SDWAN, Extranet, Wireless, Campus Switching, Backbone Routing.
- Work closely with Operational Architects to accelerate new technology and design pattern validations
- Be the Functional SDWAN, Campus, Wireless, Global Core Backbone for the EA (enterprise Architecture) organization.
- Develop technical strategies to transform SDWAN, Wireless, Campus Switching, Datacenter Micro segmentation.
- Work closely with MADS Leadership to accelerate M&A, Divest, Spinco related Network Deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to modernize Networks.
- Closely work with factory/operational technology teams to understand the end-to-end operational workflow and help designing standard network architecture
- You will function as the Subject Matter Expert for Data Center Network infrastructure based on a standard architecture
YOU MUST HAVE
- 10+ years Network Infrastructure experience
- 5+ years SDWAN design, implementation & Operations
- Proven experience of Managing the Delivery of an SD-WAN project
- In-Depth Switching and Routing Knowledge
- Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture framework, principles, and tools
- Experience managing relationships with vendors.
- High-pace environment with extreme ownership to deliver on commitments
- Ability to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environment.
- Acting with a sense of urgency; a bias for action and speed
- Ability to make the complex simple and speak/write clearly and succinctly.
WE VALUE
- Working knowledge of hyper converged server environment, and software defined networking technologies
- Experience designing & implementing SDWAN platforms like Cisco, Juniper, Versa.
- Experience with ServiceNow or another similar formal Service Management platform and/or methodology
- Hands on experience and advanced knowledge with stackable switching, software defined access and wireless assurance
- Skills in partnering with internal customers at all levels to define problems, identify solutions, and facilitate change
- Skill/proven ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into logical, actionable parts.
- Experience with data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery options, configuration and execution
- Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision

- Advanced Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills in working with complex network environment
- CCNA, CCNP, CISSP Certification

- The ability to translate business issues / requirements and objectives into technical solutions
- Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices including ITIL methodology
- Experience with data protection, business continuity and disaster recovery options, configuration and execution
