Key requirements

· Assume a leadership role on assigned projects ensuring project delivered as designed on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

· Act as technical mentor and team lead as applicable to develop cyber security technical expertise and HPS business acumen amongst new & junior technical talent.

· Act as technical Point of Contact for on-going support of high-touch, critical customers that need on-going technical relationship management.

· Act as a key contributor to operations strategy for the region given extensive knowledge of subject matter and customers in the geography.

· Maintain industrial safety awareness through the completion of pertinent safety certifications.

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline such as Computer Science, Computer information systems, electronics
• CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional or similar security certification
• CISCO Certified Network/Design/Security Professional (at least one) – must currently be certified or in the process of certification.
• Linux/Windows Security Basics
• 10+ years working with IT/OT Security, Industrial Networking, Industrial Process Control
• 5+ years Leading Security Projects and performing audits/assessments.
• Cyber Security Risk Analysis
• Process Control system design/implementation
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve complex network and or application or system integration issues
• Familiarity with Industrial Site’s Safety requirements
• Strong virtualization experience (VCP)
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
• Networking certs (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE)
• Experience performing cybersecurity/network services at customer sites.
• Experience in LAN/WAN architectures & related diagnostic tools
• Experience designing and optimizing complex LAN environments
• LAN/WAN and wireless networking principles and protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, Frame Relay, Firewall, DMZ, VPN, IDS, switches, routers, firewall
• TCP/IP protocols – SMTP, SNMP, FTP, HTTP, SSH, SSL
• Experience Network Security – Firewall, ACL, IDS, IPS, SIEM
• Specific experience in Cisco Routers, Switches, or Firewalls

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $164,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Collaborating with program management, technical personnel, functional leadership and support organizations to drive the transition of highly specialized systems from engineering to manufacturing
• Support the upgrade and ongoing sustainment of highly specialized systems in collaboration with Program Management, Supply Chain and Field Service Engineering

YOU MUST HAVE:

Project Engineer I - Kuwaiti Nationals Only

The purpose of this role is to implement standard engineering solutions to successful completion within budgeted time and cost constraints.

May occasionally be required to work on customised engineering solutions. To contribute as required to internal initiatives’ such as EEX Standard Build.

Key responsibilities

Health, Safety and statutory compliance: 1. Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld and ensures that Honeywell SOPs are adhered to. 2. Contribute SOS through SOS Portal. 3. HSE Training Target Completion

Technical / Non-Technical Responsibilities: Support Project Team with Control systems design, implementation and documentation Activities like, 1. System Architecture & Function Design Specification development. 2. Review Customer Input and accordingly generate query (if any) for clarification. Support the TSI systems at site and during the bid phase 3. IO List and Assignment Preparation. 4. Development for TSI / C300 / SM / PLC Control / FLD logic application 5. Working at Customer site as part of Commissioning activities along Customer and site team. 6. Experion Software and other system Installation 7. DCRMT support with required Documentation like Final document preparation and Transmittal, VDRL / DCI updates and interaction with Customer and their documentation Team. 8.
