Key requirements
· Assume a leadership role on assigned projects ensuring project delivered as designed on time and within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.
· Act as technical mentor and team lead to develop cyber security technical expertise and HPS business acumen.
· Act as primary customer interface to ensure proposed solutions meet their business needs.
· Maintain technical competency with the HPS security and networking product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated security/network disciplines.
· Maintain cyber security certifications.
· Maintain knowledge of current industry security standards such as IEC-62443, ISO27000, etc.
· Develop sound and trusted relationships with internal and external customers by providing accurate and efficient technical/engineering support.
· Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues by diagnosing problems and providing the most appropriate technical solution in an accurate and timely manner.
· Act as technical mentor and team lead as applicable to develop cyber security technical expertise and HPS business acumen amongst new & junior technical talent.
· Act as technical Point of Contact for on-going support of high-touch, critical customers that need on-going technical relationship management.
· Act as a key contributor to operations strategy for the region given extensive knowledge of subject matter and customers in the geography.
· Maintain industrial safety awareness through the completion of pertinent safety certifications.

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $164,000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Project Engineer I - Kuwaiti Nationals Only
The purpose of this role is to implement standard engineering solutions to successful completion within budgeted time and cost constraints.
May occasionally be required to work on customised engineering solutions. To contribute as required to internal initiatives’ such as EEX Standard Build.
Key responsibilities
Health, Safety and statutory compliance: 1. Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld and ensures that Honeywell SOPs are adhered to. 2. Contribute SOS through SOS Portal. 3. HSE Training Target Completion
Technical / Non-Technical Responsibilities: Support Project Team with Control systems design, implementation and documentation Activities like, 1. System Architecture & Function Design Specification development. 2. Review Customer Input and accordingly generate query (if any) for clarification. Support the TSI systems at site and during the bid phase 3. IO List and Assignment Preparation. 4. Development for TSI / C300 / SM / PLC Control / FLD logic application 5. Working at Customer site as part of Commissioning activities along Customer and site team. 6. Experion Software and other system Installation 7. DCRMT support with required Documentation like Final document preparation and Transmittal, VDRL / DCI updates and interaction with Customer and their documentation Team. 8. Support Development of Project Design Drawings. 9. Improve cost saving with use of Std. Tools.
Key skills and qualifications
Education Required:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation / engineering only. Appropriate technical qualification for role. KSE Membership
Work Experience Required:0.5 to 1+ Years’ of Experience as Graduate Engineer (Site Experience with TSI/ Experion and its application can be added advantage).
Technical Skills & Specific Knowledge Required: Product certification. One Discipline certification Working knowledge of MS Office (Other Technical Certification like CCNA, shall be added advantage)
