Technology development expertise in aerospaceelectromechanical products,Thermal management (Heat exchangers), Pneumatic valves, high temperature materials, sensors, coatings, mechanical design and analysis

  • Demonstrated competency in advanced engineering and/or research and leading advanced engineering/research technology development programs.

The SIOP Analyst is a hands-on position responsible for executing and improvising Demand and Supply Plans.. He/She, will work closely with the HTS Global SIOP Leader to drive/run SIOP process for HTS Global locations

This role involves evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for the HTS Global SIOP Process

Perform analytics around demand, whether in line with the MRR actions (for example differentiated skills), STRAP initiatives, AOP flow Establish supply plans from all sources (Staffing, outsourced partners, ISC and Operations). This role requires a good understanding of planning, staffing, financials, analytics functions.

Key Activities/Elements

Run the standardized SIOP process (data collection, validation, corrections & reporting) within HTS SBGs and work closely with the HTS Global SIOP Leader

Consolidate and run SIOP dashboards and metrics for monthly reporting;

Work closely with the HTS Global SIOP Leader to improvise / upgrade SIOP processes & dashboards; align with revised structures

Robust tracking of actions and drive implementation of the same across all stakeholders

Run existing SIOP tool and track appropriate metrics

.Publish monthly SIOP dashboards ;

Participate in monthly Executive SIOP Review meetings with HTS Global SIOP Leader to drive actions for continuous improvement

Other responsibilities

Work with HR/staffing for data collections and drive process improvements for the same

Work in collaboration with the finance team to deliver SIOP Dashboards in a timely manner at planning cycles (AOP/4+8/8+4)

Education level and/or relevant experience(s) and other skills

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Finance, HR and business management knowledge and qualification

Demonstrated capability of managing multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting deadlines

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information while paying attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and ability to communicate at the highest executive levels in the organization

Description:

There is an immediate opening for an R&D Engineer/Scientist II position in the Engineering, Design and Construction Group within our Research and Development facilities. This is a project manager that is accountable for the design and construction of new and/or revamped pilot plants for Research and Development. You will play a key role in UOP’s technology delivery process by insuring the on-time and on budget delivery of construction projects that meet all the agreed upon functional requirements. This position has responsibilities on-site at both the Riverside/McCook and Des Plaines sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the HS&E performance of the Design and Construction Group ensuring that all HS&E policies and procedures are followed and that pilot plants are designed and constructed according to best engineering practices and can be operated in a safe manner and in adherence to environmental policies and regulations.
  • Accountable for the development of engineering standards for the design and construction of pilot plants.
  • Facilitate Lean Six Sigma efforts including HOS to improve the design and construction work processes in order to reduce the time and costs associated with the design and construction of pilot plants.
  • Drive engineering support for R&D.
  • Mentor Engineering staff in pilot plant design engineering.
  • Responsible for schedules and budgets of all internal R&D capital projects.

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400. - $108,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
