As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for the sales development of our products. You will be expected to plan, coordinate, and implement effective sales strategies. Your day-to-day duties will include customer interaction with both technical and non-technical organizations, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring that customer expectations are met.
You will need to have strong analytics forecast and estimation skills – allowing you to formulate strategies for the achievement of sales targets. You should also have experience in relationship management and have proven success in the achievement of sales targets.
You will need to be an excellent communicator and empathetic listener – enabling you to build rapport with key stakeholders and potential clients. With strong interpersonal skills, you will need to be able to quickly build trust and respect.
