Description:Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in an electromechanical environment.
- Experience in lean manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, and six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to partner with regional suppliers and contract manufacturers.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience leading complex projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Experience in the Data Center infrastructure space or Tier-1 high-volume production (e.g., Automotive).
- Understanding of industry standards and advanced engineering software for modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of custom tooling design and validation for high-power electromechanical and thermal management (cooling) processes.
- Ability to influence supplier technical strategy, qualifications, and long-term relationships.
- Excellent statistical data analysis skills to measure performance, identify trends, and determine root causes of defects.
