Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver MRI application training in the clinical, classroom, and remote settings.
  • Provide ongoing applications support as the customer’s trusted advisor throughout the equipment lifecycle to achieve customer’s desired outcomes.
  • Primary focus will be to provide support to MRI customers in Singapore and SEA6 (Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, Brunei), also periodically support other countries within ASEAN.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (MR) and technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
  • Support product demonstrations, site visits and marketing activities.
  • Introduce new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation (MR) and ongoing training needs.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training; monitor and report on training outcomes.
  • Act as focal point for MR modality team, identify and solve customer issues, assist in escalations, problem determination, specialty training requests and communicate potential leads to relevant teams.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within SEA6 and periodically ASEAN countries.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in radiography or radiologic technology with more than 3 years of MR technical/clinical industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience working on MRI systems
  • Deep understanding of MR clinical education training and associated process implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.
  • Proficient use of software applications such as, Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

About the Role

Commercial Operations

  • Closely support the AKA PCS Leader on Commercial Operations.
  • Lead operational execution and forecasting through robust operating mechanisms.
  • Deliver actionable analytics to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
  • Drive ITO (Inquiry to Order) process alignment across ASEAN, Australia, and New Zealand.

Commercial Excellence & Rigor

  • Lead wing-to-wing commercial excellence initiatives and simplification efforts across AKA.
  • Provide analytical measures of commercial operation rigor (i.e. funnel size, commitments, weekly pacing & etc.) and provide key insights to the AKA leadership team.
    - Drive funnel management rigor by providing insights; funnel size by each period, funnel health, opportunities management, and funnel vs. estimate.
    - Develop efficient measures/ tools and drive commercial rigor (PBI, SFDC) across AKA.
  • Lead deployment and enhancement of commercial tools (SFDC, Apttus).
    - Liaise with LCT commercial & operation team and lead project management of the deployment of new tools. Work with LCT teams to identify challenges and drive consistent solutions across AKA zone.
    - Manage commercial tools (SFDC) governance – account, segment, and other commercial operation structures.
  • Implement key policies and drive process improvements across LCTs.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and support LCT teams with structural and policy guidance.
  • Closely work with the Business Performance & Insights team to drive digital platform usage and standard work across the zone.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial operations, finance, or business strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
  • Fluency in one of other ASEAN relevant languages would be an added advantage
