Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Achieve sales, orders and margin targets for GE Healthcare sales in assigned strategic accounts, via Direct or Indirect channels
• Analyze accounts to develop a business plan and strategy that creates new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare products & services. Drive marketing programs at the account level.
• Lead and leverage the entire commercial or functional Team across sales, modality and service to provide the necessary technical, clinical and business content to customers as needed
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the business of the assigned accounts/channels, including customers’ key initiatives and priorities, and keep GE Healthcare Commercial leaders informed and appropriately involved
• Develop & implement Go–to-Market plans to achieve results through effective project proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Grow GE’s share of customer investments in capital and operational expenditures.
• Establish and enhance relationships at CXO level with account headquarters through responsive resolution of issues and addressing customer needs by integrating all appropriate GE Healthcare resources. Build long term strategic alliance with the portfolio of accounts to continue to add value.
• Manage strategic accounts identified with creative solution selling and market business development.
• Drive seamless wing to wing execution on projects to deliver sales through linearity prediction, incorporating stakeholder management and KPI deliverables.
• Stay current on knowledge of healthcare market dynamics and trends
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation
• Previous experience in the Healthcare industry and/or commercial sales
• Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Outstanding influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Characteristics:
• Proven account management and project planning skills
• Direct or indirect management experience, preferably in a large company with a matrixed environment
• Healthcare capital equipment sales experience
• Knowledge/experience with GE Healthcare product portfolio
• Strong understanding of the Singapore Capital Healthcare market and buying groups

Essential Responsibilities:
- The portfolio includes GE solutions to enable medical device integration, digitization of critical care workflow, alarm mobility, optimization of communications, and virtual care platforms, etc.
- Engage 3rd party providers to explore and pilot regional / global strategic solution partnerships
- Minimum bachelor’s degree holder in healthcare related fields or biomedical engineering.
- Minimum 10-year experience in roles related to digital healthcare solutions
- Minimum 5-year experience in AKA (ASEAN, Korea, ANZ) healthcare industry
- Proven track record of digital healthcare service delivery
- Prior experience of delivering hospital enterprise IT solution projects is required
- Prior experience of business development of digital solutions is required
- Prior experience of working in a multinational matrix environment is required
- Knowledge of medical device integration and HL7 is required
- Knowledge of medical devices is mandatory
- Knowledge of hospital workflow is required
- Proficiency in customer presentation is required
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Prior experience of healthcare digital solutions in critical care areas is a plus
- Prior experience of patient monitoring devices and solutions is a plus
- Prior experience of engaging healthcare C-Suite is a plus
- Prior experience of working across ASEAN countries is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead with humility and transparency is desired
- Demonstrated ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders without authority is desired
- Demonstrated ability to build trust through partnership is desired
