  • OR High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.
  • Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner.
  • The successful applicant must comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test. In addition, during employment, the employee must comply with all customer access policies, including but not limited to obtaining and/or providing proof of required immunizations, and additional drug tests or background checks (including a federal government background check if assigned to support a contract with the federal government).

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive Flyrcado market share growth, partnering with Hospitals, Imaging Centers, Cardiac Centers, Mobile Imaging, DOD, and VA facilities to offer Flyrcado. The plan will identify business and functional relationships within Imaging and Cardiology's key referral sources and model competitive threats to Flyrcado adoption. Through customer insights, leverage the knowledge of influence networks & affiliations (i.e., Payers, societies) to realize business objectives. This should lead to achieving or exceeding Flyrcado sales forecasts and shared volume targets. With your Cardiac PET Physician Outreach teammate, conduct regular business analyses of the local market—customers, payers, competition, and key stakeholders creating, implementing, and updating business plans to achieve access and sales goals.
• Accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for the territory, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Understand product differentiators and position Flyrcado as the product of choice through high clinical acumen and routine use of Marketing Assets and Education Programs to create awareness of Flyrcado.
• Be a trusted advisor to Imaging Centers and Cardiologists by deepening your understanding of their goals, equipment, and workflow. This will help you help customers navigate the Cardiac PET marketplace, including how to implement Flyrcado in their facility.
• Identify the top referring Cardiologists, create relationships, and appropriately impact the decision-making criteria to help increase awareness and utilization of Flyrcado.
• Prioritize multiple projects and drive focus on high-impact opportunities; monitor Performance Dashboards to analyze, interpret, and execute actionable sales efforts; prioritize customers and assign responsibilities.
• Collaborate with market access support teams to optimize payor contract implementation and satisfaction across imaging centers and hospitals.
• Collaborate with pharmacy channel partners and GE PDx Application Specialists teams to meet the customer’s product delivery goals, education needs, and expectations.
• Pre-call planning and in-call questioning to understand customer needs, craft solutions, and drive utilization.
• Monitor territory plan performance and results and collaborate on next action steps with cross-functional internal and external partners.
• Virtual selling and cold calling to new and existing targets. Wherever possible, live meetings with customers are expected.
• Providing pricing strategy, price negotiation, and contract management and ensuring pricing compliance for segment opportunities
• Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submitting weekly progress reports.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or certification through the NMTCB or AART
• 5+ years of sales experience in a healthcare facility, including contracting and calling on physicians and office staff. Proven history of sales success, developing, organizing, and implementing territory plans, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets/competition through proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations.
• Experience selling/leading in a highly matrixed environment and large account management preferred.
• Willing to reside in the territory and execute at least 30% overnight travel based on business needs and some weekends, as is typical with trade show attendance.


Desired Characteristics
• Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiac Industry acumen.

  • Lead image quality, workflow optimization projects and operational efficiency, in conjunction with GE partner sites, to maximize clinical performance and efficiency of GE MI scanners and digital processing across their fleet.

  • Working with global engineering on end-to-end solutions by providing clinical input from customers.

  • Applying knowledge of clinical needs to guide definition and development of new hardware, new imaging, and post-processing techniques.

  • Supporting sites along with facilitating evaluation of WIP packages in partnership with GE HealthCare Molecular Imaging scientists.

  • Assisting with customer complaints, investigations, and ultimately offer product solutions.

  • Developing (clinical) competitive intelligence to support the field with counter arguments and selling advantages.

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or global equivalent such as ARRT (NM or PET)

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Molecular Imaging, including all clinical applications and performing procedures.

  • Minimum of 3 years of GE HealthCare Molecular Imaging equipment experience required.

  • Aware of and comply with the GE HealthCare Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

  • Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives.

  • Ability to present complex material to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

  • Self-driven, creative, flexible, and well organized.

  • Required to travel 70% within the territory via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train etc.) as necessary. You will receive a company car if eligible.

  • Under supervision, evaluate basic customer biomedical equipment issues, implement appropriate repairs, and as assigned, perform PM and safety/environmental inspections.
  • May assist more experienced technicians on basic and more complex repairs/resolution.
  • Effectively communicate and partner with teammates and colleagues.
  • Follow appropriate GE policies, procedures, hospital protocol, and completes necessary documentation.
  • Maintain daily communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow up, leading to strong customer relations and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • As instructed, implement GE/customer facility contract and supports business goals/objectives.
  • Work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
  • When trained, able to share on-call responsibility.
  • Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule.
  • Ensure proper care of spares, tools, and test equipment, and ensure calibration.
  • Enhance and maintain technical knowledge of current standards, codes, and procedures regarding safe and effective use of medical equipment through formal instruction.
  • Understand and utilize sources of help (i.e., manuals, tech support, Facetime app, online resources) to answer questions when performing PM.
  • Meet Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety requirements, and all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field;
  • OR equivalent military education;
  • OR participant in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program;
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.
  • Analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to the customer in an easy to understand manner.
  • The successful applicant must comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test. In addition, during employment, the employee must comply with all customer access policies, including but not limited to obtaining and/or providing proof of required immunizations, and additional drug tests or background checks (including a federal government background check if assigned to support a contract with the federal government).

Special Physical Requirements:

  • Candidate must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Candidate must also be able to reach at, above and below shoulder level, flex/extend neck and have good hand and finger dexterity.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job may include color, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Willingness to be available ""after hours"", or work a rotating On-Call schedule, including weekends, for critical issues and coverage, as necessary. Quality-Specific Goals:
