Description:
As a Junior Business Operations Specialist, you will manage various stages of the installed base lifecycle—from addition to end-of-life. Your responsibilities will include preparing and entering customer quotations into the Service ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for both quoted and additional services, and handling ongoing communication with customers.


Roles& Responsibilities

  • Responsible for GEHC customer service contract and warranty loading into all applicable Service ERPs including additions, deletions, and modifications to existing contracts.

  • Responsible for timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services.

  • Responsible to install base data entry, installed base creation, deletion or modification and provide data quality for assigned area.

  • Maintain Install database accuracy by supporting field team and external customers via phone and email.

  • Work closely with field service sales and service, service marketing, and commercial solutions to resolve technical and process-related issues.

  • Give support to finance and cash collection teams for timely resolution of customer disputes (Concessions, Penalties, Write offs, Credit Notes).

  • Effectively focus and prioritize various projects, drive process improvement initiatives to standardize & change way of doings.

  • Play an active role in deployment of the new Service CRM, Service Max, working on data preparation and migration through collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

  • Support Finance team during month, quarter and year-end financial closing

  • Ensure prompt customer support for all contract and non-contract related questions.

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

  • Follow Quality Assurance processes including proper archiving of contract and non-contract documentation (proposals, signed contracts, service reports, invoices).

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Required Qualifications& Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study.

  • Proficiency in EnglishExcellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail.

  • Adaptable to multiple requests and daily changes.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal& external teams and customers at all levels.

  • Act effectively and be self-motivated.

  • Ability to be part of an effective project management.

  • Ability to show a decision-making capability and take initiative once require.

  • Ability to focus on process improvements to eliminate non-value-added items.

Description:
The role will be responsible for delivering and co-ordinating formal training on image guided interventional solutions (interventional cardiology, vascular, neuroradiology, oncology). Responsible for providing application and clinical support during and after the sales process within the assigned region (Eastern Europe, mostly Poland) either on-site or via digital platforms.


Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE Healthcare equipment in given modality area
  • You will co-ordinate an initial clinical application alongside sales, service and Clinical Education Manager
  • You will be the technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward
  • You conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE Healthcare equipment’s, maximizing image quality and productivity
  • You will promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought
  • You will continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory
  • You will support Trade Shows, Workshops, Show Site/Customer visits
  • You will support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education
  • You will document trainings, site visits and customer interactions as per the local protocol
  • You will deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events
  • You will maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
  • Help Account Manager to Identify, analyze and advise customers on their needs in a pro-active way in order to develop new business opportunities for all GE Healthcare Products & Services

Required Qualifications

  • Radiographer´s training or similar experience, with specific experience in interventional procedures OR biomedical engineering background
  • Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills to understand and present complex material in understandable term with the capacity to influence other
  • Ability to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80% of the working time (annual average)
  • Ability to express yourself clearly in English
  • Customer focused/centricity, with team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
  • Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
  • Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments

Desired Characteristics

  • Previous experience delivering training
  • Experience with GE Interventional products
  • Previous experience as an Application Specialist
  • Teaching skills or teaching experience
