大学・国公立病院、一般病院等の医師・技師など、 オペ室周りの製品およびそのソリューションを展開する営業活動. 担当エリアのお客さま（病院/医療研究機関）に対する、担当製品を主軸としたソリューション提案営業を通じて、受注・売上、利益、市場シェアの最大化を目指す. その他画像診断機器（超音波、LCS製品（麻酔器、生体モニターなど））の営業担当者と協力して、多様性のあるソリューションの構築・提案に貢献する. 顧客担当として商談の鍵となる決裁者の情報等を含む顧客情報の作成・記録・メンテナンス. 情報ツールの活用により、市場情報（競合他社情報を含む）を把握し、戦略の策定・実施を行う. 医療機器の設置導入チームとの協働し、受注後の製品設置/納品に至るまでのPost－Salesプロセ スの効率化をはかる. 法人向けに、医療機器もしくは製品/サービスのソリューション提案営業の経験があること. 高いコミュニケーション能力があり、お客様との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること. プレゼンテーション能力： お客様に対し、基本的な製品紹介ができること. 現在の経験や知識に加えて、当社の製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること. 高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること. 周囲のステークホルダーとの、オープンな相互フィードバックができ、前例に捉われず、既存 業務を改善していく姿勢があること. 日本語が流暢であること. 高額/複雑な/戦略的な取引を取りまとめた営業経験. お客さまのニーズをくみ取りそこからソリューションを生み出すことができる. チーム力の推進及び促進のために高いバイタリティ、熱意、エンゲージメントがある....
