As the Program Manager Manufacturing, you will drive radiopharmaceutical process improvements, new product implementations, and problem solving. Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of 4-5 process engineers, and serve as a member of the site leadership team at the Eindhoven manufacturing site;

  • Manage and oversee projects related to New Product Introduction (NPI) and Life Cycle Management (LCM), focusing on compliance, reliability, capacity and productivity;

  • Provide leadership in in complex problem-solving using structured methods (e.g. Six Sigma);

  • Identify and drive technology improvements and standardization across sites for the global SPECT portfolio;

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize manufacturing safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;

Basic Requirements and Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;

  • Proven track record in project delivery;

  • Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes, technologies, LEAN / Six Sigma, regulatory affairs and GMP;

  • Creating quality reports (QMR, Carrier reviews)

  • Investigating and following up on complaints and transportation incidents according to quality requirements and transport’s regulations (TW Deviations, Investigations and CAPA)

  • Support financial audits (POD report)

  • Perform data-analysis (volume, quality, cost, etc.)

  • Creating and updating financial reports, forecasts and KPIs. Investigating and explaining differences in the costs compared to the forecasts.

  • Create, monitor KPIs, overviews

  • SAP key-user

  • Representing department on business meetings with partners

  • Initiating and executing improvement or implementation projects aimed at the internal and external logistics processes, independently or through an active contribution to a project group.

  • Plan and coordinate transport to hospitals worldwide.

  • Liaise with Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Shipping and Production departments.

  • Fulfill a monitoring role when it comes to daily operations.

  • Put mechanisms in place necessary to monitor operations

  • Run and discuss the status of these monitoring KPI’s during the departmental Daily Management.

  • Monitor and drive compliancy of the department (Deviations, complaints, complex orders RU)

  • Understand the sensitivity and importance and being able to execute a Route Risk Assessment while taking into consideration all the aspects.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent

  • Several years of experience in a complex logistics/ project management

  • Experience with air freight and with ADR/IATA/GDP is an advantage.

  • Experience with an ERP package (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluent in English (Dutch not mandatory but preferred)

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related;
  • In-depth knowledge of 3PL operations and cold chain logistics;
  • Experience in leading a team;

  • Fluent English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus;

  • Differentiated GTM on a short – medium – long term basis and execution thereof.

Distribution Business (Channel):

  • Oversee the In-Country Channel Excellence Team to ensure consistency of GEHC’s Distribution Business
  • Drive commercial rigor by implementing performance metrics and regular reviews to ensure consistent financial performance from each Channel Partner (CP) across the region.
  • Commercial oversight over the in-country Channel Excellence team for oversight of full wing-to-wing partner onboarding, enablement, commercialization, compliance, GTM on an individualized CP basis.
  • Work with the in-country Channel Excellence Team for overall project management (e.g. requirement gathering, feature prioritization, trainings, access control/security, troubleshooting /fixing /escalation, and tracking use).

Commercial Operations:

  • Optimizes commercial analytics function through optimal governance/policies, standardization (of reporting / visualization / forecasting) that enable improved funnel management, generation of insights from Win/Loss analyses, capture of IB/Competitive intelligence and tracking right sales performance KPIs.
  • Works with in-country analytics resources to report quarterly performance on market, share, visibility, win-rate, coverage, cost to sell; drives PSR (Problem Solving Reports) to understand reasons for sub-optimal performance, and drives (in collaboration with commercial leaders) programs that enable regaining strength across AKA region.
  • Drive standardization and efficiency of the Inquiry-to-Order and other commercial operations through deployment of tools/technologies, automation, and process excellence including LEAN.
  • Work with AKA leadership to negotiate complex commercial agreements in GEHC’s favour.

Others:

  • Operational, commercial, or strategic functions and tasks as depending on the exigencies and local business requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years working experience in marketing, sales, strategy, healthcare, medical devices, pharma industry, or related fields.
  • 3 (ideally 4+) years in a top tier management consulting firm and additional preferred exposure to healthcare services operations, strategy formulation or commercial delivery.
  • MBA from a top tier university or master’s degrees in marketing or a medical degree or in related fields.
  • Prior experience in building a 0-1, or any venture or startup experience will be highly valued.
  • Proven large scale commercial operations experience and commercial management (PnL) experience.
  • Experience of working in complex business environments with strong influencing and conflict resolution abilities.
