Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain an high level knowledge of Contrast Media Products.

· Develop and maintain an high level knowledge of CT, MR & Cathlab Scanning Procedures and Protocols.

· Develop and lead local sales strategies execution in Tuscany & Sardinia through a proactive attitude and constant information sharing.

· Perform high quality product demonstrations within assigned portfolio for customers, staff and other stakeholders in Tuscany and Sardinia.

· Ensure that product features and specifications are properly understood, through high value Medical Information.

· Review product performance versus users’ requirements to deliver optimal product utilization through onsite and/or remote support.

· Track product consumption to support volume forecasting during daily activities.

· Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships.

· Track activities through assigned tools & processes with constant monitoring of defined KPIs.

· Support tender process and documentation preparation.

· Respect pharmaceutical regulations.

· Contribute to pharmacovigilance data collection efforts.

· Provide professional presence at congresses and workshops to best represent PDx.

Required Qualifications:

· Scientific degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, CTF, Biotechnology and Biology or other experience/authorization that enable to work as Italian ISFinformatore scientifico del farmaco

· Significant experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector.

· Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills in a healthcare environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team.

· Must be organized, self-motivated and possess business knowledge (e.g. sales, marketing) to develop sales objectives.

· Proficient computer and software skills are needed to maintain and input sales territory records and to complete sales data and promotional information.

· Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.

· Willingness to extensive travelling within his/her specified geographic area.

· Based inor willing to relocate


Preferred Qualifications

· English fluency (written and spoken).

· Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process.

· Strong written and verbal communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.

· Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

  • Prepares offers using the available tool
  • Help to consolidate technical information
  • Be reference point for any requests coming from dealer relating to tender preparation

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Degree (preferred) or equivalent knowledge or work experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, flexible attitude
  • Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction, problem solver

As MR Product Sales Specialist Central-Southern Italy in the, you will be responsible for promoting, selling and following-up MR products, solutions and services in the region. You will be called on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions. This position is not account assigned, and you will work in close collaboration with account-assigned Sales Account Managers to close the sale.
Our Imaging products empower healthcare professionals to better see inside the body, which helps improve the diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of disease.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of MR modality and business solutions;
  • Develop good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company/GE businesses;
  • Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow-up and prepare, co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with Sales Account Manager;
  • Providing pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities;
  • Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings;
  • Generates, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers and ensures knowledge and compliance with Company policies and quality processes;
  • Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of MR modality and business solutions;
  • Develop good long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and Company/GE businesses;
  • Compiling lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary;
  • Support sales of assigned Interventional product and business solutions to customers;
  • Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow-up;
  • Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with Sales Account Manager;
  • Co-ordinate customer follow-up and IB action to ensure maximum retention rate;
  • Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company;
  • Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available. ;
  • Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.
  • Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
  • Generates, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers.
  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or selling experience in a medical MR field
  • Selling & Negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical expertise in Interventional is valued.
  • Able to travel
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid motor vehicle license
