In this role, you will:
• Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in specifying requirements
• Drive technology discussion and strategy in line with business needs
• Define execution plan and approach based on project scope, expected timeline and available budget/resources
• Facilitate convergence of functional and technical knowledge
• Work with technical team often comprising of members of separate organizations to coordinate day-to-day execution as per outlined plan
• Cooperate with and manage external vendors as required
• Ensure pre-defined project management processes and practices are followed. Drive simplification and improvement as necessary
• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required
• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project
• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
• Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected

Education Qualification

Relevant Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 5 years of experience (mix of technical and project management)

1. Overall responsibility for program success providing engineering innovation within time and budgetary constraints to continuously deliver products with directly supporting the overall business strategy

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or project leadership of multi-disciplinary systems within a development, technical industry, manufacturing and/or research environment
3. Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQ’s
4. Demonstrated engineering knowledge, project/program management, and budget planning processes, having experience with the full product lifecycle from concept through end of life

Desired Characteristics

1. Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent (defined as 5 years progressive experience within engineering, science, or related field, including 5 years project leadership experience within manufacturing, development, or research development)

2. Strategic planner and clear thinker with ability to drive and motivate engineer team.

3. Sound technical and domain experience in at least one functional technology area

4. Demonstrated experience on global product releases throughout the entire NPI cycle

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive clinical applications training (on-site and remote) to MRI users, ensuring safe, effective, and optimized use of GE MRI systems.
• Provide technical and clinical leadership during the sales process by showcasing product features, clinical benefits, and workflow integration.
• Support the Sales team with product demonstrations, clinical evaluations, and customer presentations tailored to specific clinical needs.

• Support the adoption of digital tools and contribute to the digital transformation of clinical education and customer support.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D) to provide feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging clinical practices in MRI.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent clinical qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in MRI imaging.
• Proven experience in delivering clinical training on MRI systems (GE or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to travel extensively (70–80% of working time).
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office and digital training platforms).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Clinical Applications Specialist or Product Specialist in MRI.
• In-depth knowledge of GE MRI systems or competitor platforms.
• Experience in large hospital or academic environments.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
